Established in 1947, the Edgewater is a romantic 20 room inn with oceanside pool... secluded 9 mile beach...an 85 acre rain forest... the Atlantic Ocean and unusual rock formations from ancient coral reef. The hotel offers breathtaking scenery, nearby wildlife sanctuary, surfing, and fine dining in the Cliffside restaurant, as well as dining at the Round House, within walking distance of the Edgewater Inn. Under new management, the Edgewater Inn has undergone much needed renovation in 2004, and is now modernized with new A/C, and new color TV's in all rooms. The Edgewater has reasonable rates, and with the extremely well-done face lift, is a great value with a location that is truly as unspoiled as it gets.
